Almost Famous

Our Animal Blessing Service got in the local community newspaper last week. No picture of Scout in there, but nonetheless, somewhat satisfying:

    Great Diane! I'm sure all the furry ones in your congregation are beautiful, but Scout is still my favorite.

    Tell Scout not to feel bad. She'd have trouble fighting off the fans if her picture had appeared.

    yes, that's me in the first photo. I haven't been in the paper since I washed a boy's feet on Maundy thursday, and the back of my head got into the paper.

    That is great! We had one the week before, it was wonderful. Then hours later we had a dog... funny that!

    Diane, how nice. I hope that Scout did not take it too hard that she was left out of the picture. She knows that she is greatly loved, even if she's not a celebrity. I hope that she's not jealous of you.
