I sometimes wond...Diane, what a lovely reflection. I sometimes wonder what newcomers who are unaccustomed to traditional liturgical services make of our worship from the Book of Common Prayer. Even more, I wonder about the younger newcomers.<br /><br />I love traditional liturgy, but I've known the custom all my life. It's good to be reminded that the traditions can be "a gift, not a barrier," even for those to whom the style of worship is unfamiliar.<br /><br />In fact, I have heard people from non-liturgical religious backgrounds say they fell in love with our liturgy the very first time they attended our church, but I tend to forget.
